Bernardo arrived before our designated time to ensure we had plenty of time to load up the vehicle with our luggage. He was professional, amiable, and very kind. The drive was smooth, and exactly what I was hoping the experience would be. Although everyone had suggested I use Uber to my destination? As someone who grew up and learned to drive in San Francisco, I am very particular with whom I feel safe driving me around. The City and its surroundings are not for inexperienced drivers, and I like to entrust my life and the ones I love in the hands of those who know how to drive in the Bay… and drive safely.
